The Islamic Center of New Mexico (ICNM), located at 1100 Yale Blvd. SE, serves as the place of worship to over 2000 Muslims in the greater Albuquerque area. Located between the Albuquerque Sunport (Airport) and the University of New Mexico, the ICNM is the centerpoint of most of the area's Islamic functions. In addition to daily prayer services and the weekly Jum'ah salat (Friday congregational sermon and prayer), the Islamic Center of New Mexico operates various activities for Muslims and non-Muslims alike.
